For anything about an order — a delivery question, a return, a fault — use our contact page and include your order number. Most questions are already answered in our FAQ.

If something has gone wrong, tell us first: write to us with your order number and a short description, and we will acknowledge it and work to put it right. If we cannot agree a resolution, you may be able to refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body. Nothing in this notice affects your right to bring court proceedings or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Payments are processed by a regulated payment provider over an encrypted connection. Card details are entered on the provider’s secure form and are never seen or stored by us. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout before you pay.

The name, logo, photography, product descriptions and page designs on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may browse and print extracts for personal use; any commercial use needs our written permission.

We want the shop to be usable by everyone, and we build it to work with keyboard navigation, screen readers and increased text size. If you meet a barrier, tell us what you were trying to do and we will fix it and help you complete your order in the meantime.

Contracts formed through this site are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep the right to bring proceedings in your own courts. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by anything on this page.
