Returns & refunds

If a piece is not right, you can send it back. Here is exactly how that works and what you are entitled to.

Your right to cancel

Because you buy at a distance, UK law gives you 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, for any reason and without justifying it. You then have a further 14 days to send the pieces back to us.

To cancel, tell us before the 14 days are up — a message to our contact page with your order number and the pieces concerned is enough. You do not have to use a particular form of words.

The condition we need them in

You are welcome to try a piece on as you would in a fitting room. Please send it back unworn and unwashed, with its tags still attached and in its original packaging where possible. If a piece comes back showing wear beyond that — marks, scent, alterations, missing tags — we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

How to send something back

  • 1. Write to our contact page with your order number and tell us which pieces you are returning.
  • 2. We confirm the return address and anything you need to include.
  • 3. Pack the pieces as they arrived and send them to us within 14 days of telling us.
  • 4. Use a tracked service and keep your proof of posting. Until the parcel reaches us it remains your responsibility.

Unless a piece is faulty or not as described, the cost of returning it is yours. If a return is faulty or wrong, we cover it.

Your refund

Once a cancelled order reaches us — or once you show us proof that you sent it, whichever comes first — we refund within 14 days, to the payment method you originally used. We do not charge a restocking fee.

  • A cancellation refund includes the standard outbound delivery you paid. If you chose a faster, more expensive service, we refund the standard rate.
  • If you keep part of an order, the delivery cost of the pieces you keep is not refunded.
  • How quickly the money appears depends on your bank — usually a few working days after we process it.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different size is to return the piece for a refund and place a new order, so the size you want is held for you rather than risked while the first parcel travels. If the piece you want is no longer available, write to us and we will tell you whether it is coming back.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If a piece arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in addition to the cancellation right above: a full refund if you reject it within 30 days of receipt, and a repair or replacement after that. Send us your order number and a photo of the problem and we will arrange the return at our cost. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Items we cannot take back

By law, a few things are outside the cancellation right. Where they apply, we say so clearly on the product page before you buy:

  • pieces made or altered to your specification, or personalised for you;
  • items sealed for health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery;
  • gift cards.

A sale or discounted garment is returnable on exactly the same terms as a full-price one. Your statutory rights always apply to a faulty item, whatever it cost.

Gifts

If you received a piece as a gift, write to us with the order number from the confirmation or packing slip. We can arrange the return, though the refund goes back to the card that paid.
